Zane Hennig Death – Former officer at the Greenwood Police Department who resigned following the June lawsuit sage has passed away tragically. Zane Matthew Hennig died from an apparent asthma attack over the weekend. The former police officer and decorated Army Infantry veteran was found dead leaving his family and friends heartbroken.
Army Infantry veteran, of Greenwood, Indiana was a beloved father of one. He was a well-respected police officer who unfortunately resigned in August following the law suite involving a total of five police officers of the department. Three officers including Matthew resigned even though they were not convicted for the alleged violation of rights.
Zane was an experienced security professional, former police officer and decorated Army Infantry veteran.
