Woodland Hills Mall Shooting: 1 died, heavy police at Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Woodland Hills Mall Shooting Investigations – A large number of Tulsa police officers have responded to reports of gunfire at Woodland Hills Mall. Police say a brawl broke out between two individuals as they argued outside the mall. An individual was shot after the suspect produced a firearm. The victim was transported to the hospital where he passed away.

The suspect fled the scene of the crime via the mall’s parking lot, and authorities have found no sign of him at the mall’s premises, according to the police. Those still in the mall have been ordered to safely leave via the southern entrances, according to the police, who have determined that this was not an active shooter situation.

“So far, this does not appear to have been an ‘Active Shooter, It is believed that the suspect and victim had a confrontation and shots were fired. All information indicates that the suspect has left the mall, but we are still ensuring the public’s safety by checking the mall,” TPD Captain Richard Meulenberg stated.
