Wilson Shooting Investigations: Law enforcement agencies in Wilson, North Carolina are investigating a shot fired outside a nursing home Sunday night. Authorities say Cameroon Harrison shot an individual near a nursing facility in Wilson. Cameroon fled the scene of the incident in a Silver color Dodge Journey with Black rims.

According to police, they responded to a report of shots fired at Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located at 403 Crestview Avenue. An altercation between two people in a relationship escalated to one shot fired at the nursing home, according to authorities.

According to police, no one was wounded, and the suspect identified as Cameroon Harrison fled the area. Wilson Medical Center stated that they are on lockdown as a result of the nursing home lockout. A nursing home has been placed on lockdown after a shot was fired outside the institution; the culprit has not been apprehended.

On Sunday night, a senior home in Wilson was placed on lockdown. Wilson Medical Center has declared a lockdown in response to the lockout at Wilson Pines Nursing and Rehabilitation Center on Crestview Avenue.
