Shooting in Crestline CA, 2 people critically injured after shots fired at Sleepy Hollow Hotel

Shooting in Crestline CA – Following a multi-victim event including a probable shooting and attack on numerous people inside the Crestline Sleepy Hollow Hotel located at 24033 Lake Dr, Crestline, a barricade scenario has emerged. Several reports of gunfire at the Sleepy Hollow Hotel were received by the CHP and SBSO at about 2:45 AM. Not too long after it was reported that two male Hispanics were spotted ranting at each other while strolling down the street, maybe flashing weapons.

One victim was found inside one of the motel rooms in critical condition when law enforcement and fire personnel arrived on the scene, and they were taken out right away. A second victim was discovered on the ground, some hundred yards away, bleeding profusely and suffering from severe head injuries. They also transported this victim. The request for an air rescue was denied because of potential fog.

Law enforcement swiftly ascertained that there were other individuals on the loose. There looks to be a suspect locked inside one of the Sleepy Hollow Motel’s rooms, and CHP and SBSO are looking for another car. The Sleepy Hollow Motel is presently surrounded by law enforcement, who have also evacuated the building and issued a request for the suspect or suspects to turn themselves in. This scene is currently in motion.
