Detectives with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office are looking into a killing that occurred in Basin City. In the early morning hours of Tuesday, a guy who was 24 years old was discovered unconscious in front of a house in the 200 block of Leon Drive.
It has been determined that his name is Huber Perez-Morales.
