Detectives with the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office are looking into a killing that occurred in Basin City. In the early morning hours of Tuesday, a guy who was 24 years old was discovered unconscious in front of a house in the 200 block of Leon Drive.

It has been determined that his name is Huber Perez-Morales. The case is being investigated as a murder by the police, which indicates that the killing may or may not have been committed with the purpose to commit a crime.
