Seth Chedville Death: The entire Belle Chasse and New Orleans, Louisiana communities are mourning the tragic death of a cheerful individual who passed away in a shooting incident Sunday. Seth Chedville was a beloved son, a caring brother, and an athletic student from Belle Chasse. Seth Chedville died Monday, Jan. 15, 2023, from injuries sustained following a shooting Sunday.

Prayers are now being sent to the Chedville family and Seth’s girlfriend Tristyn Landry. Following the tragic incident, Tristyn wrote; “Where do I even begin to describe the hurt anger, and sadness built inside me? How could God let someone so perfect leave so soon? You were the best thing that has ever happened to me. You did not deserve this at all. You showed me what it feels like to deserve genuine love, respect, and happiness. You showed me how I should be treated, cared for & loved. You are my first true love and I will forever be grateful for you and everything you taught me. I will forever be grateful to be by your side holding your hand while you took your last breath. I love you and miss you so much, Seth. 1:58 January 15,2024.”

NEW ORLEANS SHOOTINGS: Following a shooting in Sunday’s New Orleans East neighborhood, three individuals are currently hospitalized, according to the New Orleans Police Department. At first, the New Orleans Police Department said that two people were shot. The call was received by the police just after 4 p.m. They discovered a man and a woman shot to death near the intersection of Downman Road and Chef Menteur Highway.

Soniat Street Shooting: Authorities have announced the arrest of a suspect in connection with a gunshot that claimed the life of a person in the 2500 block of Soniat Street late on Saturday. The New Orleans Police Department reported that a guy was taken into custody on Monday. He is facing charges of negligent homicide and illegal possession of a firearm by a felon.

Scott was discovered shot twice in the leg when officers arrived at the scene of the crime in the Freret area at approximately 11:07 p.m. New Orleans police reportedly reported finding a lady with gunshot wounds to the abdomen. The woman was pronounced deceased at the hospital after being taken there by emergency medical personnel. No other information, including the circumstances surrounding the initial negligent homicide accusation, has been released by the police.
