He passed away sadly after a courageous battle with cancer. He was confirmed dead through a post that reads “We will miss you Richard DeLillo! Never once failed to make us laugh during some of the most stressful campaign moments. Truly saddened by this devastating loss”.

Student Teacher Supervisor at Ramapo College of New Jersey before working as a math teacher at Don Bosco Preparatory High School. His goal from the start of his career in education was to have a meaningful effect on his students’ lives. Going above and beyond to make sure every kid he tutored not only did well in school but also felt appreciated and supported was a sign of his selfless character from the beginning of his profession.
