According to the police, Barry Burrows was taken into custody on Wednesday in connection with a hit-and-run crash that resulted in the death of a 64-year-old motorcyclist in Plaistow.

I have been trying to get a light there, something, just a flashy light, just to slow down traffic a bit.” Gordon said.
