Since we met in 2014, you were such a positive role model for me. That never lost its luster as you transitioned into my brother.”

Phil Acquaviva, a resident of Oswego, Illinois, and a native of Naperville, Illinois. He was born on August 22, 1986. He was a loving and dedicated husband to his wife Bethanne Acquaviva of Lemont, Illinois and a caring and adoring father to his four young children. Phil was an incredible father, husband, son, brother, friend, and person.
He was extremely courteous, sympathetic, and informed. Because of his kindness, he was a true friend and an angel to everyone who came to him. He was sought after by many for guidance as well as to absorb the kindness, love, and knowledge that shaped who he was. Phil was an extrovert who forged friendships with everyone he encountered. Numerous people who were in need of an open heart, a listening ear, and a helping hand were welcomed by him.

Phil enjoyed hanging out with his family and friends and was always up for a good time. He was a large, lovely, smart, humorous, and charming man who exuded beauty both inside and out. His vivacious demeanor illuminated a room, and he had the most gorgeous grin and compassionate heart. Phil will always be appreciated for his unwavering work ethic, his wonderful marriage and fatherly qualities, and his sense of adventure and joy.
Alison Lyn took to social media and wrote “Losing someone you love is hard no matter how old they are, but it feels especially unfair and devastating when they still had so much life left to live. Yesterday we lost our dear friend Phil Acquaviva.” Alison also said, “Our hearts absolutely break for his family, amazing wife, and 4 beautiful children. Phil was an incredible father, husband, son, brother, friend, and person. We are going to miss him terribly.”
