After a head-on collision that occurred a few miles west of Cheyenne, Wyoming, on Sunday night, a deadly accident involving five citizens of Cheyenne left three people dead and two others hospitalized.

A automobile and two motorbikes were involved in a collision that occurred in Wyoming at approximately 8:50 p.m., and the Wyoming Highway Patrol was called to the site. On Wyoming Highway 210, a Ford Mustang driving in the opposite direction of eastbound traffic collided head-on with a 2017 Harley Davidson moving in the opposite direction of westbound traffic. Following the original collision, a Harley Davidson from 2012 crashed into the back of a Harley Davidson from 2017.

The driver of the Ford, twenty-year-old Jason Hanson, was taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries he acquired as a result of the collision. The 20-year-old passenger in the Ford, Seth O’Dell, was unable to survive his injuries and passed away at the scene of the collision. At the time of the collision, both individuals were restrained by their seat belts.

Jerry Hoover, age 47, and Jana Garton, age 50, were operating the 2017 Harley as the driver and passenger, respectively. Both individuals passed away as a result of their injuries at the scene of the collision. Neither of them had a helmet on their heads.

Andrew Hrasky, age 34, was riding a 2012 Harley when he was involved in an accident. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the collision, and he was taken to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

An investigation is being conducted to determine whether or whether Hanson’s speed, driving intoxication, or driver inattention were “contributing factors” to the collision.
