Nick Steinick Death – Nickolas Steinick, a resident of Des Moines, Iowa, and a member of Des Moines Judo & Sambo Academy has sadly passed away. He was confirmed dead on Wednesday, June 7th, 2023, by the Des Moines Judo & Sambo Academy through a written statement on social media. The circumstances surrounding his cause of death were not publicly announced by the family at the time of this report.

Who was Nick Steinick?

Nickolas Steinick was a native of Des Moines, Iowa, and he attended Southeast Polk High School. Nick was a dedicated member of the Des Moines Judo & Sambo Academy who had a passion for the martial art of judo. He began his journey in judo as a novice and worked hard to hone his skills over the years.

His commitment to the sport, combined with his natural talent and determination, allowed him to achieve the coveted judo black belt in 2019. Steinick was well-known at the academy for his friendly nature and willingness to help other members improve their techniques. He would often stay after class to offer tips, advice, and encouragement to those who were struggling with a particular move or hold.

His patience and gentle demeanor made him a beloved figure among the academy’s members, who looked up to him as a role model and mentor. Outside of the academy, Steinick was an active competitor in local and regional judo tournaments.
