Sutherland Shire Counsel investigate death after a person committed suicide by jumping at Westfield Miranda on Kingsway

Westfield Miranda Suicide Investigations – Sutherland Police are investigating a death incident that happened at the famous Westfield Miranda Mall Sunday. According to reports, a person died from an apparent suicide by jumping at the Westfield Miranda shopping complex located in the area of 600 Kingsway, Miranda NSW.

According to reports, law enforcement agencies were called to the scene after a person identified only as a male jumped to their death at the populated shopping center. The person who was taken away from the scene by responding ambulance and Sutherland Shire Counsel officials was pronounced dead from trauma sustained at the fatal jumping.

Westfield Miranda – Westfield Miranda represents a substantial retail complex situated inside the suburban locale of Miranda, located in the Sutherland Shire region of Sydney.

According to the Pennsylvania State Police, an incident occurred on S. Edgewood Ave. in Somerset Township during the early hours of Saturday morning, resulting in the unfortunate demise of an unidentified 17-year-old individual and their 20-year-old passenger due to a head-on collision. The incident occurred at 12:06 a.m.

According to law enforcement officials, Judy D. Braxton, a 21-year-old resident of Somerset, was operating a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado in a southerly direction on S. Edgewood Ave., located just south of S. Center Ave. During this time, Braxton was unable to successfully navigate a right curve while traveling at a significantly high velocity. Consequently, her vehicle crossed into the opposing lane of traffic, resulting in a head-on collision with a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic driven by a teenager.

According to law enforcement officials, the collision resulted in a significant displacement of the Chevrolet Sonic, causing it to traverse a considerable distance. Additionally, the pickup truck overturned and ultimately came to a halt, partially resting on the roof of the teenager’s car.

Both the deceased individuals involved in the incident were a 17-year-old male and his passenger, identified as Rachel R. Maldonado from Somerset. They were both pronounced deceased at the location of the incident. Braxton and her passenger, Steven A. Murphy, aged 21 and hailing from Somerset, were sent to UPMC Somerset for medical evaluation, where they were diagnosed with minor injuries.

According to law enforcement officials, it has been reported that both individuals, namely Braxton, Murphy, and the adolescent aged 17, were observed to have been utilizing seat restraints. Nevertheless, it is uncertain whether Maldonado was donning a helmet.
