He died on Tuesday 19th December 2023 leaving those that knew him devastated. He was confirmed dead through a Facebook post that says “Yesterday I lost one of my best and dearest friends. Michael Crosse was the type of friend who would be there in a minute if I needed anything at all”. The exact cause of Michael Crosse’s death has not been revealed.

Michael Crosse’s educational journey began at Montini Catholic from 1983 to 1987, followed by his graduation from Illinois State University in 1990. Subsequently, he pursued his studies at Columbia College Chicago, obtaining a BA in Marketing in 1992. During his professional career, Crosse served as the Sales Director at ARAMARK Refreshment Services for a five-year tenure from 1998 to 2003. In this role, he demonstrated expertise in prospecting, formulating internal sales strategies, cultivating new business opportunities, budget management, client entertainment, and crafting comprehensive presentations for large-scale clients.
Following this, Crosse assumed the position of General Manager at Gateway Cable Company for a period of two years, spanning from 2004 to 2006. His responsibilities encompassed overseeing all aspects of management, from customer relations and sales to leading a team of twenty employees. He then transitioned to Channel Sales at Hostway Corporation, where he contributed for two years, from 2006 to 2008.
Continuing his professional journey, Crosse held the position of Business Development Executive at James Tower for the duration of two years, spanning from 2008 to 2010. He further served as Channel Program Manager/Senior Sales Manager at SingleHop, Inc. for a year and two months, from March 2010 to April 2011. Subsequently, Crosse assumed the role of Director of Client Solutions at Centare in Chicago. His career path led him to become the Director of Channel Development at Sprinklr, followed by his role as a Channel Sales Specialist at Datrium for a year and six months, from February 2019 to July 2020. Crosse then contributed his expertise as a Partner Account Manager at Automation Anywhere.
