Melvin Molina Death – A well-known Corpus Christi FC player has died following a deadly car accident that happened on Sunday, the 25th of June 2023. The victim has been identified as Melvin Molina. According to reports, Melvin Molina who was selected to the Second Team All-Region and was named the ASC’s Midfielder of the Year in 2022 passed away from injuries sustained in an automobile crash. He was travelling back to Corpus when he was involved in a car accident. No further information was mentioned. The details surrounding the accident were not stated.

In 2022, Molina’s outstanding performance earned him a spot on the Second Team All-Region, along with the prestigious title of ASC’s Midfielder of the Year. His exceptional skills on the field led to him being selected for the All-ASC First Team not once, but twice. Hailing from San Marcos, Texas, Molina showcased his prowess by leading the conference in assists during his sophomore season with an impressive tally of 13.
His remarkable abilities have earned him the distinction of holding both the single-season and career assist records, currently standing at 23. Moreover, Molina has etched his name in the school’s history by securing the record for the highest number of multi-assist matches in a season, a remarkable feat achieved in five matches. Not only was Molina a force to be reckoned with on the field, but he also excelled in the classroom. This was recognized by his inclusion in the esteemed 2021-22 ASC All-Academic team.
