Thursday night at approximately 11 p.m., Fair Oaks District FCPD officers were dispatched to the top floor of a parking garage in the 13300 block of Launders Street in the McNair neighbourhood.

Authorities discovered Robert Fisher suffering from upper-body gunshot wounds. According to police, despite efforts to administer first aid, he was pronounced deceased at the scene.
