Matthew Preville Death – Family and friends have taken to social media to mourn the death of Matthew Preville who passed away recently. He died on Friday 22nd October 2023 leaving those that knew him heartbroken. He was confirmed dead through a post that says “These are our oldest, bestest friends in Alberta. We’ve raised our boys together. Griffin and their oldest son have been best friends since preschool – remaining besties even after we were posted 3 hours away! We are devastated by the loss of Matthew and are doing our best to support his family at this time”. The cause of his death was not stated.

A GoFundMe has been created by Chelsea Pieroway on Thursday 26th October 2023 in order to financially support Matthew Preville’s family in these trying times. The goal of the account was set to raise the sum of $20,000 but as at the time this report was made, the sum of $6,230 has been raised with the help of 63 generous individual.
A statement from the fundraiser says “Devastated by the sudden passing of her husband Matthew, Kayla and their three children Avery (12), Autumn (9), and Oliver (5) really need our help. Matthew passed on Sunday October 22, 2023 and he was a devoted father and husband. He will be missed immensely. For anyone that knew Matthew knew that he was a great dad, a loving husband, a coach, a great cook, a story teller, a football fan, a son, a brother, a friend”.
