Mateo Hernandez, Strake Jesuit student involved in car accident that killed one

Mateo Hernandez Car Accident – Mateo Hernandez, a Strake Jesuit College Preparatory student was involved in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Thursday at an intersection in the southwest part of Houston. The Houston Police Department is conducting an investigation into the fatal collision that took place just before 8 o’clock in the morning at the intersection of Bellaire Boulevard and Waldo Street.

It was reported by the Houston Police Department that a 22-year-old woman was driving a Toyota RAV4 along Waldo Street when she was struck by a person in a blue Mini Cooper. She was attempting to make a left turn at a stop sign onto Bellaire Boulevard. The woman was confirmed to have passed away at the scene by the paramedics. The identity of the woman has not released by the authorities.

Due to the fact that the investigation is still ongoing, it is not obvious whether anyone will be charged.
