Luke Rogers Death – Luke Rogers has passed away suddenly. According to reports reaching the public today, Sunday, August 13, 2023. He died leaving so many people in shock and disbelief after learning his sudden demise. Jacob Goodearl in a statement said:

Jimmie Rose Elliott Garrett, 90, died at her home in Columbia, Kentucky on August 9, 2023. She was born on June 19, 1933 in Corbin, Kentucky to Charles Elliott and Mary Elizabeth Powell Elliott. Her aunts Rhoda Elliott and Rachel Miller reared her when her mother died when she was a baby.
Jimmie Rose was raised and baptized at Corbin’s First Baptist Church, where she sang in the choir and played the piano. Jimmie Rose emphasized education; she attended Corbin High School and the Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing, graduating in 1955. She had spent her whole career as a licensed nurse caring for others.
Jimmie Rose and her family relocated to Columbia in 1974. They joined Trinity Church after being approached by Pastor Doug Moseley. She was the nursing director at Summit Manor Nursing Home at the time. She also worked for the health department and was a state nursing home auditor before retiring after 40 years of nursing.
Jimmie Rose liked her morning coffee and the Florida winters. She was a voracious reader who adored the color pink, the piano, flowers (particularly roses), the lake, camping, and her dogs. Jimmie Rose loved her children and grandkids and relished every time spent with them.
