According to report, the NSW resident and son of celebrated hairdresser Karina Ormsby was pronounced dead from a self inflicted injury.

Logan as named among the nation’s top surfers and has competed around the world.

Without a doubt, Logan Steinwede’s parents’ encouragement and influence had a significant impact on his development into a rising star in the professional surfing scene. Although his family keeps a certain amount of privacy, his father and mother Karina Ormsby have had a profound influence on his life and profession. Logan’s mother, Karina Ormsby, is a well-known hairstylist. Even yet, she played a crucial role in giving Logan the secure foundation he needed to follow his aspirations, regardless of her occupation.

Logan was a very talented surfer who was a part of the MOB since his mini grom days. A powerful surfer who charged big waves and could huck a mean air reverse. He surfed waves a million miles an hour with tons of energy. He always had a cheerful g’day for everyone. Always very respectful to the older
MOB/Macs crew and the groms loved him. He seemed at ease chatting with the younger kids and pumping them up on the beach and in the surf. They all looked up to him.”
