Chillicothe Ohio Murder – Law enforcement agencies are presently conducting an in-depth investigation into an alleged incident that happened today, Tuesday, the 24th of October 2023, in Chillicothe, Ohio. Reports suggest that a tragic incident resulted in the untimely demise of an individual, and the cause of death has been determined to be murder. At present, the victims of the incident have not been identified as Larry Potts or Leanne Potts.

Press Release Related to Murder Incident That Happened at Trinity Healthcare Logan County.
On the afternoon of Monday, October 23, 2023, around 1712 hours, deputies from the Logan County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call about a shooting at the Trinity Healthcare Nursing Home in Henlawson, West Virginia, which is located at 135 Bills Branch Road.

Officers who arrived on the scene were informed that a resident of the nursing home had been shot by a son who then fled the scene in a silver Chevrolet Truck after shooting his mother.
Deputy Sheriffs were on their way to the nursing home when they received information that State Troopers from the Logan Detachment of the State Police had a vehicle that matched the description of the suspect’s vehicle stopped on United States Route 119 close to the Chapmanville Exit.
Tomalene Greene, 67 years old, was found to have sustained one gunshot wound to the chest by deputies who were present at the scene. Greene was taken to the General Division of the Charleston Area Medical Center via life flight. Greene is still being treated at the hospital, where his condition has remained unchanged.
James Steed Biddell, age 44, was arrested by state troopers in Chillicothe, Ohio, and taken to the Logan Detachment from there. Biddell was arrested after being found in possession of a controlled substance.
Biddell was taken into custody and charged with attempted murder, malicious wounding, and wanton endangerment after he was involved in a fight. The arraignment hearing for Biddell has been scheduled for the Southwestern Regional Jail, where he is currently being held.
