Keyvan Razi Death – Keyvan Cyrus Razi of Newport Beach, California, has passed away, he was 46 years old. Keyvan got married to Megan Razi, the love of his life in 2022. He was the son of Ali Razi the cofounder of The Stratham Group. A cause of death has not been confirmed, but there are unconfirmed reports that Keyvan had died in an accident.

Keyvan Razi, the principal and president of Stratham, has over 15 years of expertise in the real estate industry. During that time, he has been involved in the entitlement, development, financing, marketing, acquisitions, and disposition of hundreds of real estate lots and single-family houses. It is his job to find prospects that could fuel the expansion of the firm through the process of acquisition, and he is also in charge of negotiating and underwriting deals related to these acquisitions.

As one of Stratham’s general partners, Keyvan is also responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s housing business. He has been active in the local building industry, having served on the boards of both San Bernardino and Riverside, and the Baldy View Chapter awarded him the title of Builder of the Year in recognition of his achievements. Keyvan earned his bachelor of arts degree from the University of California, San Diego, his juris doctorate from Loyola Law School, and his real estate broker’s license.
