Kevin Johnston Death – Kevin Johnston, Lafayette, LA resident has passed away suddenly following a deadly after on westbound I-10 near the 86-mile marker. Friday, June 9, 2023 was the day when the incident took place. A call was placed to the Rayne Police Department just after 10:30 o’clock at night. According to the findings of many investigations, it was determined that the 2013 Chevrolet Suburban driven by Kevin Johnston was travelling westbound on Interstate 10 when it collided with a 2018 GMC Acadia that was also travelling westbound on the interstate.
What happened to Kevin Johnston?
After the collision, Kevin Johnston got out of his car and walked onto Interstate 10, where he was struck and killed by a Ford Taurus from 2011. According to eyewitness accounts, Johnston had been displaying erratic driving behaviour for a considerable distance before to the initial collision. In spite of the fact that it is still unknown whether Johnston’s erratic driving was the result of impairment or a medical issue, a blood toxicology sample has been collected for the purpose of investigation.
There was no reason to assume that the driver of the Taurus was intoxicated, and a voluntary breath test revealed that there was not even a trace of alcohol in his system.
