He died after shooting that took place in Little Elm on Saturday 21st October 2023 that also left two other injured. He was announced dead by his family on Everloved saying “Keith Slaughter, II passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2023 at the age of 17, through gun violence”.

According to report, a shooting incident occurred that occurred at a party in Little Elm on Saturday night, has resulted to the death of a teen and injuries to two other individuals. Officers were dispatched to the 2700 block of Sunlight Drive at approximately 9:30 p.m. in response to the incident, where they encountered a large gathering. Among the attendees, two victims were discovered to have sustained gunshot wounds. Regrettably, one man was pronounced dead at the scene, while a woman was swiftly transported to a nearby hospital due to the severity of her injuries.

Additionally, another victim of the shooting was located a few streets away, although the police refrained from disclosing their gender. According to the authorities, the suspected perpetrators of the crime managed to escape before the arrival of law enforcement. At this time, the police have not provided any detailed information about the suspects or a potential motive behind the shooting.
