Who was Keith Moran?

Keith Moran was the founder of Moran Economic Development which he started in June 2009. Before he established Moran Economic Development, he was the primary owner of an economic development and planning organization that he worked for. Moran Economic Development was founded by him. Additionally, Keith worked for the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity in the role of Account Manager in the past.

Throughout the state of Illinois, Keith was in charge of managing, negotiating, and facilitating various economic development and reconstruction initiatives. He took part in and led talks with various real estate interests over state aid in hundreds of different development projects. He examined the viability of the market, the available alternatives for public and private financing, the revenues and costs of the project, the cost of the project, connected public improvements, and other variables linked with public and private development initiatives.

In addition to this, he drafted ideas in textual form for presentation to corporations, community organizations, government officials, and developers. In the end, Keith was responsible for acting as a primary point of contact for enterprises, developers, and contractors in matters pertaining to the identification of sites, the procedures for development assessment, and the financial aid programs.
