About Jojo Wilson
He was born March 2, 1978, in Middlesboro to Joel Wilson (Lasley) and the late Joan Yeary. JoJo had a deep passion for hot rods and relished the art of trading, a skill at which he excelled. Regardless of the item involved, JoJo found greater joy in the company of others than in the act of trading itself.
Possessing a voice akin to that of an angel, JoJo showcased his musical talent through the gift of singing. With a generous heart, JoJo readily extended help to anyone, especially those close to him. Above all, his role as a father brought him immense joy.
JoJo was a versatile individual, proficient in various skills yet not a master of any. Blessed with a vibrant personality, he delighted in playful teasing, often humorously suggesting that girls “needed a yard rake for their hair.”
Left to cherish his memory, wife Brittani Wilson, daughter Lyndi Elkinton-Wilson, son Devin Hill, special nephew Michael “Mikey” Hensley, father Joel Wilson (Lasley), brother Michael Hensley, sister Donna Myte, special in-law that he considered Mom and Dad, Gerald and Tina Morgan, special aunt Frankie Ayers, others that he considered to be his brothers, Jay Hopper, dad Mike Partin, dad Tony Arnett, Brance Combs, Jesse Hoover, Tom Anderson, Brian York, Randy Miracle, Doug Bayless, Ali Omar, Nelson Bingham, and Brad Mills, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews who will miss him so much.
