Jochen Goetz Death – Jochen Goetz, the Chief Financial Officer of Daimler Trucks, passed away in a “tragic accident,” the business announced on Sunday. A statement indicated that Goetz, who was 52 years old, passed away on Saturday, although it did not elaborate on the accident.
According to the statement, the Supervisory Board and Board of Management acknowledge Jochen Goetz as an exceptionally valuable person and an outstanding figure in the successful formation and further development of Daimler Truck as an independent company.
Since July 12, 2021, Goetz had been serving as a member of the management board of Daimler Truck Holding AG in the role that he previously held.
Even though it was facing increasing monthly costs due to inflation, Daimler Truck nonetheless managed to achieve a record adjusted return on sales of 10.3% for its industrial division during the second quarter, the firm announced this on Tuesday.
