When police arrived at the site just after 4:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 25, they discovered three shooting victims in a parking lot and the street immediately south of the intersection. These three fatalities, two men and a woman, passed away right there on the spot. The three fatalities were identified by the authorities as Nikko A. Manning, 22, of Shreveport, Louisiana, Jasity J.
