James Oliver Death – Geneva Community High School freshman swimmer died from a stroke. The victim has been identified as James Oliver. According to reports, James Oliver passed away on Sunday, the 17th of December 2023 at Lurie Children’s Hospital in Chicago after he suffered a stroke on Friday, Dec. 8, after swim practice.

He was announced dead on Monday morning by the Geneva Community High School Principal Tom Rogers. Oliver was in critical condition until the time of his passing last night. ” Sending all of my love and prayers to the Oliver family.”

“We received very sad news last evening that James Oliver, a freshman here at Geneva High School, has passed away. James suffered an AVM stroke on Friday, Dec. 8th after swim practice and was in critical condition until the time of his passing last night.

A GoFundMe page has been established by Jennifer Olsen, a resident of Saint Charles, Illinois. According to Jennifer, the money raised through this effort will go to the family to help with the funeral expenses. The page “James Oliver and Family” has raised $26,050 USD of the $50,000 goal.

James Oliver obituary and funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date by the family.
