Jacob Bobko Death – Bethlehem Catholic High School student Jacob Bobko of Northampton, Pennsylvania has sadly passed away. He died on Sunday 14th Januray 2024 at the age of 15 surrounded by his beloved family. He was pronounced dead at Lehigh Valley Hospital. The circumstances surrounding the exact cause of Jacob Bobko’s death has not been disclosed at this time. He was born on March 31, 2008 to Samuel M. Bobko and Janet A. Bobko.

Jacob was a beloved character at Bethlehem Catholic High School, where he was a second-year student. He was often seen fishing or riding his bike erratically about town during the warmer months beside the stream. Jacob was unstoppable because of his innate ability to construct things and his lightning-fast intellect when it came to solving problems. He enjoyed weightlifting, building Lego sets, fishing, spending time with his dogs, and playing video games with pals on Xbox.
As a result of his energetic childhood, Jacob participated in a number of sports through the Northampton Athletic Association, including football, wrestling, and basketball. Furthermore, he was an active and devoted member of Northampton’s Assumption B.V.M. Roman Catholic Church, where he attended Sunday School and served as an altar server.

Jacob made an impression on many people’s lives and formed bonds that would last a lifetime. He is survived by his parents Samuel M. Bobko and Janet A. Bobko, sister Brianna L. Bobko, paternal grandparents Richard and Debra Stock of Coopersburg, PA, maternal grandparents Rowland and Sandra Wallitsch of New Tripoli, PA, as well as many caring aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at Schisler Funeral Home, 2119 Washington Ave. Northampton, PA 18067. The family will receive friends from 4:00 PM up until the time of service at 5:30 PM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.
