Faith Johnson Death – A O’Fallon, Illinois family is mourning the tragic death of their daughter and sister who passed away unexpectedly. Faith Johnson, a graduate of O’Fallon Township High School died after an incident in Dominican Republic, the family announced. Faith Johnson worked as a waitress at the Hooters in Fairview Heights, IL.

Following her death, the American Sports Bar & Grill wrote; Goodbyes are never easy… One of our Hootie cuties passed away earlier this week. Faith Johnson has been a part of our Hooters Family since October 2021, soon to follow her graduation from OTHS in 2022. Faith always showed she cared every day, not only for her guests but her colleagues she worked alongside through the years. Faith Johnson touched so many lives in the very best way. We are grateful we got the chance to know her as both a colleague and a cherished friend.”

“We never would have felt ready to say goodbye to someone as special as Faith, but this timing feels especially tough. Wishing your family comfort and strength for the days and weeks ahead. We’ll be praying for all of you.  “Your life was a blessing, your memory a treasure, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.”

A GoFundMe account has been created by the family to help raise funds for her funeral. “We are collecting donations for Jake and Melissa Koons and their family. Their beautiful daughter Faith has suddenly passed away in the Dominican and they are in need of getting their daughter back here to the USA. Please help us with this heartfelt cause that is every parent’s worst nightmare and help ease some of the burden that has been placed upon them. Thank you to all the friends and family that can assist them with donations and prayers at this very difficult time.”
