Tribute to Fabian Pope
Aaron Tompkins took to social media to mourn the death of his childhood friend in a statement that read “I can’t believe this I’m still in absolute shock. Just Numb. A great man Fabian Pope passed away suddenly. A best friend of all of ours and of mine since Park Dale grade 3 or 4. I don’t have much right now as I have to take time to process this. Popey. I loved you like a brother.”
Aaron also added that “Not blood but family, many many great laughs, memories. You’ve known me and seen me at my Best and worst. Thank you for the honor of knowing you. Our best Man at Peggy’s and my wedding. Original Wipeout boy from the Park Club. You will never be forgotten and will always be missed.”
