According to sources, well-known Attorney Evan Andrew Dixon, 59, is currently held in Houghton County Jail following the accusation of the fatal shooting of Theron Duncan of Houghton, Michigan.
Following a gunshot on Monday night in Houghton, a suspect is being held. The Houghton Police Department’s Chief Donnelly stated that the suspect is in custody and that there is no longer a threat to the public, but he was unable to confirm the incident’s location beyond saying it occurred downtown.
