Deacon Graham Death – The victim who died following the incident at Fountain Park in Piqua, Ohio early Saturday has been identified as a new father Deacon Graham. According to reports, Deacon Graham was pronounced dead after he was shot multiple times by 18-year-old Cory Miller. David Feniello is currently hospitalized following the same incident.

According to law enforcement agencies in Piqua, Ohio say officers were called to a shooting scene in the area of the 1300 block of Forest Ave. Cory Miller – a student of Piqua High School has been booked into the Miami County Jail for murder, attempted murder, and aggravated assault charges.

THE STORY: As per the statement provided by Deputy Piqua Police Chief Dave Thomas, law enforcement personnel were deployed to the 1300 block of Forest Avenue in response to a reported incident involving gunfire. Upon the arrival of law enforcement personnel, it was discovered that an individual of the male gender had succumbed to fatal injuries, while another individual had sustained wounds in the vicinity of Fountain Park.

The medics from the Piqua Fire Department made a request for the services of CareFlight in order to facilitate the transportation of the injured individual. According to Thomas, Miller was apprehended at his residence on Madison Avenue at approximately 12:30 a.m. The investigation into the shooting incident is currently being conducted by the Piqua police department. Miller is currently detained and awaiting arraignment.

The identities of the individuals affected have not yet been disclosed. According to Thomas, it is anticipated that the injured individual would experience complete recuperation.
