Chad Doucet Welland ON, Beloved father and husband has died, Community mourns his death

Chad Doucet Death – Chad Doucet, a resident of Welland, Ontario, and an Automobile Service Advisor at Ed Learn Ford Lincoln has sadly passed away. He was announced dead by his father through a social media publication that read “This is so hard a Daddy is not suppose to bury a Son. I had to say Good Bye to Chad Doucet May he RIP and be with His Auntie Mary Uncle Mark(his fishing Buddy)His Grandpa, Grandma, Aunt Sue who he loved a lot and family in the last couple yrs. May he send hugs to them all, hugs to Lyndsey Carter and Our Buddy Ryder May we survive this Bad Nightmare.”

Who was Chad Doucet?

Chad Doucet was a longtime resident of Welland, Ontario, and the beloved son of Mike Doucet and Dorothy Doucet, born on March 24, 1986. He was a loving and adorable brother to Amber Russell and a lovely cousin to Stephan Doucet. He went to Notre Dame College School and also studied Automotive Service Technician at Niagara College Canada. He was employed as a Service Advisor at Welland Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc.. and also as an Automobile Service Advisor at Ed Learn Ford Lincoln.

He was in a relationship with Lindsay DM and was such an incredible father to his two children. He was a softball coach and Welland Minor Hockey Association coach. He will forever be remembered for his hard work ethic, for being an amazing partner and the best father in the entire universe, for his fun-loving and adventurous spirit, and for truly living an amazing life filled with many beautiful memories and stories.

Tribute to Chad Doucet

Amanda Côté in a social media post said “Super Sad day for the Softball/Hockey Community today. Such a beautiful human taken too soon!” Amanda also added that “Thoughts and Prayers to the Doucet family. Chad Doucet you were so great with everyone that came into your life and taught so many kids such valuable experiences. May you Rest In Peace.”

Denis Rea also expressed his sadness in a social media post that read “At a complete loss for words sending my thoughts and prayers to the Doucet family. Rest in peace Chad Doucet way to young was always a pleasure playing with and against each other over the years.”

Chad Doucet’s obituary and funeral arrangements will be released by the family at a later date.
