Cary Nosler Death – Cary Allan Nosler who has been a health and fitness advocate through his radio show for over 40 years has died. He was confirmed dead on Sunday afternoon, the 17th of December 2023. Cary Nosler also known to many as “Captain Carrot” passed away suddenly at the age of 79.
He was staying with his son Gavin and his family on the island of Koh Chang, Thailand. So far, no official news on his cause of death has been released. “Cary was a longtime friend. I will miss our conversations.”

Cary Allan Nosler was born May 10, 1944, in Sacramento, California. He graduated from El Camino Fundamental High School. After high school, Cary went on to study Psychology at California State University, Sacramento.
He served as one of the original deejays at KZAP, and before his time there, Cary hosted an underground radio program titled “The Fantasy Machine” on KJML. Cary, known as “Captain Carrot” for his valuable insights into health, exercise, and nutrition, was truly unique, embodying the principles he advocated.
For more than four decades, Cary dedicated himself to promoting health and fitness through his radio show. With a network of top experts in natural health as friends, he conducted insightful interviews.
Cary, ahead of his time, meticulously examined labels, scrutinized ingredients, and adhered to a vegetarian diet, setting an example long before it became mainstream. His vibrant and age-defying presence left an indelible mark, inspiring countless individuals to embrace a better lifestyle in every aspect.

Cary is survived by his three sons, Reese, Gavin, and Aaron, his former wife and dear friend Laura, his daughter-in-law Jutamas, and his three grandchildren, Taylor, Lily, and Noah.
