Brandon Mulina Death – Hammond Regional Arts Center Board Vice President Brandon Mulina has sadly passed away. He died leaving those that knew him devastated. He was announced dead on Friday 18th August 2023 through a post made on Facebook that reads “Another one lost too soon. Brandon was in the founding group of Theta Chis when I was at Southeastern. I always loved running into him around Hammond”. The actual cause of Brandon Mulina’s death has not been known.
