The cans told the police that the car might be dangerous to them and other drivers. The driver lost control of the car during the chase, which led to the deadly crash. The drink cans that were thrown from the car during the chase were found. The drinks in the cans were found to be alcoholic. At the scene of the crash, the same kinds of cans were found. Based on what we know so far, drinking seems to have played a role. The N.C. State Highway Patrol is in charge of the probe and has asked Alcohol Law Enforcement for help.
