According to reports, Adam Gettens, a resident of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania was found dead in the Allegheny River (a 325-mile-long headwater stream of the Ohio River that is located in western Pennsylvania and New York in the United States).

Officials with the Pittsburgh Department of Public Safety have said that the corpse of Adam Gettens was discovered at 12:30 p.m. close to Washington’s Landing. According to the medics, Adam Gettens was pronounced dead at the scene.
