Aaron Spears Career
Aaron was born on the 26th of October, 1976. He arrived just in time for Halloween, where I’m sure his dream was to dress up as a drummer. His parents realized his musical talent at a young age. His banging and clanging on whatever he could get his infant hands on was voluntarily given for their peace and quiet.
As he grew older, so did his love for the drums and music. His parents brought him up in a Pentecostal church in Washington, DC. That was his first experience playing in a band. He’d sit in the front row in the church, closest to the drums, with his sticks in hand, pretending to wait his time.
When he joined Usher’s camp, Aaron was awarded the opportunity to play with some of the greatest musicians on the planet including the likes of Usher himself, Ariana Grande, Arthur Strong, Valdez Brantley… He also worked with them to produce 2 tracks on Usher’s multi-platinum CD “Confessions.” and later went on with the “Funk Rock Orchestra” (Usher’s Band) as they toured all over the world for the next year and a half.
