Aaron Harper Death – The entire Mississippi communities are mourning the tragic death of an American former professional basketball player who passed away in a deadly car accident early Saturday morning. Aaron Harper was an ex-shooting guard and small forward positions player for Huracanes de Tampico of the Liga Nacional de Baloncesto Profesional (LNBP).
According to reports, the 42-year-old died in a car accident early Saturday morning after hanging out with friends. According to reports, the basketball player was pronounced deceased after he fell off a vehicle following a crash ealry this morning. Aaron Harper played as a swingman on both shooting guard and small forward positions. He was a graduate of the Ole Miss basketball program. He was a basketball graduate from Ole Miss.
Harper represented Ole Miss in collegiate basketball from 2000 to 2004. With 16.5 points in his final year, he was the school’s top scorer. Harper began his career in January 2005 after signing with Örvalsdeild karla team KR at the end of December 2004. Following a challenging first half of the season, Harper’s presence helped KR turn things around, winning 7 of their final 11 games and securing a postseason berth.
The team played Snaefell in the opening round of the playoffs. Harper delivered the game-winning three-pointer with seven seconds remaining in the first game of the series to help KR overcome a 14-point hole and win 91-89. In spite of Harper’s 35 points, Snæfell prevailed 116–105 in the third and final game of the series, tying the series in the process. He was a graduate of Provine High School Class of 99.
